In the event you are unsatisfied with your product let us firstly say thank you for ordering. We offer a 30 day return policy from the date you receive the item. In order to start the return process please contact us via email at bearhillcustomcreations@gmail.com and explain the situation. If your order was a customized product we will do everything we can to assist in resolving the issue, including replacing the item, but we are unable to offer refunds.

How do I return an item?

How do I track my order?
We will keep in touch via email as custom home decor or engraving projects are completed. Please reference your tracking information that should be in your email account used at check out to track shipping. If you are missing the email with your tracking info please email us at bearhillcustomcreations@gmail.com
How do I submit a custom order?
Please email us at bearhillcustomcreations@gmail.com with a description of your custom product wishes and we will get back to you with a quote, mock-ups, and order information. Please double check spelling of names, dates, and general information is correct before submitting.
How long do orders take to ship?
Orders require 1 to 2 weeks of production time in our shop from the time we receive your images or personalization requests. Custom orders may require more time depending on the specifications of the order. A time frame will be included in all quotes for custom orders.
What if I want to place a large order?
Please email us at bearhillcustomcreations@gmail.com if your order will contain 5 or more items.
Please note that our items are made from products that may vary somewhat in grain, texture, and appearance. We do our best to capture our products in natural lighting to offer a better view of what they will look like in your home.
Safety note: Our items are not intended to be used as toys unless specifically stated in the item description and should not be played with by children or pets. Small items such as our necklace and bracelet charms are choking hazards and should not be left with a child unattended do to safety concerns. Items that are intended for use by children should be used in a supervised nature in a controlled environment. Shipping and packaging materials should not be played with and may result in injury. Please be aware that some of our pieces come with small parts.
